Polsinelli is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Real Estate practice group in our Chicago, Denver, Phoenix, or Dallas offices. Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of broad transactional real estate experience. Including, purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, property management agreements and leasing agreements. Joint venture experience is preferred, as well as borrower side financing and fund experience.

Compensation: Salary will range between $250,000 – $420,000 annually, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
