An ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience (though all experience levels are welcome to apply), will be licensed to practice law in Colorado, and will have a demonstrated interest in civil rights and/or consumer rights. Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred. Experience and/or ability to work with survivors of complex trauma is required.
Salary range: $80,000 – $120,000 per year based on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, a generous vacation/sick leave policy, a 20% referral fee for cases referred to you directly, discretionary bonuses based on individual and firm performance, and a 401(k) matching program. The position will require in-person work at our offices in Denver, Colorado but includes flexibility for part-time remote work.
