CHBA awards are a way to recognize outstanding members of the association who have made significant contributions to the Colorado Latino community. This year, there are new categories that have been added to the list, which provides an opportunity for more deserving members to be acknowledged.
The award nominations are open until May 10th.

Nomination Categories:
Chris Miranda Outstanding Hispanic Lawyer:
Presented to an outstanding Hispanic attorney in practice more than seven years who has shown a continual commitment to the Hispanic community and the principles of the legal profession.
Judicial Excellence Award:
Presented to an outstanding member of the bench who has shown a continual commitment to the Hispanic community and the principles of the legal profession.
Outstanding New Hispanic Lawyer:
Presented to an outstanding Hispanic attorney, in practice for seven years or less, who has demonstrated a strong commitment to the Hispanic community and the principles of the legal profession.
Outstanding Corporate Commitment Award:
Presented to a company that has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to the Hispanic community and that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in corporate policies and activities.
Organizational Community Service Award:
Presented to a governmental entity or nonprofit organization committed to providing services benefitting the Hispanic community.
Individual Community Service Award:
Presented to an individual committed to providing services benefitting the Hispanic community.
Lifetime Achievement Award:
Presented to an attorney over 55 who has made significant contributions to the Hispanic community. The recipient of this award must receive an affirmative vote from two-thirds of quorum.
