The Colorado Hispanic Bar Association (“CHBA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. CHBA is a Colorado nonprofit organization dedicated to the advancement of Hispanics in the legal profession and improving the life of the Hispanic community in Colorado.

Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, we or our service providers may automatically collect limited technical and device information, such as:

- pages viewed;

Organizational Operations

Any information you choose to post or make available through those features may be visible to others and should be considered public or semi-public depending on the context. Please use care in deciding what information to share.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
- maintain and operate the Services;
- manage membership and organizational records;

At this time, CHBA does not intentionally use personal information collected through the Services for targeted advertising, does not sell personal information for money, and does not knowingly process personal information for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals through the Services.

The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, or services, including payment processors, video providers, email platforms, social media platforms, plugins, hosting providers, and other external tools.
