The artists will showcase original choreography inspired by traditional Mexican dances, a cultural spectacle you won’t want to miss.
The performance, directed by DU graduate Jose Rosales and Alfonso Meraza Prudente, holds a special place in our hearts, as it highlights the incredible talent of one of our alumni.
Your $35 ticket to the show includes a pre-reception where you will have the opportunity to connect with Jose Rosales or one of his LGBTQ+ performers. They will share their unique experiences of dancing in a traditional dance genre as LGBTQ+ performers, shedding light on the challenges they have faced and the triumphs they have achieved.
