Laura Barrera

Biography

I spent the first several years of my career as a nonprofit deportation defense attorney in Las Vegas, NV, and Tucson, AZ. For the last three years I have been handling federal habeas corpus cases for people convicted of crimes in Nevada. I also have experience as a clinical law professor. I recently moved to Colorado and am excited to connect with other Hispanic attorneys in the area. I have previously been a member, and served on the board, of the Nevada Latino Bar Association.
