Biography
I assist businesses and corporations in assessing, strategizing, and achieving their global mobility goals. My practice includes both non-immigrant and immigrant employment based visas. I have experience in employment based immigration matters including: H visas, L visas, TN visas, PERM, I-140s, I-485s, and Schedule A I-140 petitions. An important part of my practice is working with healthcare organizations to create immigration programs in response to the severe healthcare worker shortage the U.S. is currently experiencing. I assist these organizations in pursuing employment based immigrant visas for nurses from other countries that enable them to provide important services to their communities and patients.
Education
Creighton University School of Law Colorado State University
