Sammantha Tillotson

Biography

I am an 8th year civil litigator at Baker & Hostetler. I have been here since my 1L summer. I litigate a wide range of complex issues, including products liability, intentional torts, contractual disputes, construction disputes and state and federal appeals. I also have robust experience in insurance, data breach and privacy class action litigation. In my practice, I am involved in all aspects of complex litigation in trial and appellate courts, with a concentration on managing and navigating multifaceted discovery matters, as well as drafting dispositive motions requiring the briefing of challenging and novel legal issues. I am interested in connecting with diverse attorneys in my area and expanding our office's diversity and inclusion work.
