The Hispanic National Bar Association named CHBA President Amber Gonzales to its list of “Top Lawyers Under 40.” The list recognizes lawyers who have demonstrated professional excellence, integrity, leadership, commitment to the Hispanic community, and dedication to improving the legal profession.
Amber is a litigator in Crowell’s Denver office. She has an extensive background in commercial litigation, compliance, and regulatory matters, and has advised clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 100 companies. Amber has experience in federal and state courts in matters involving class actions, contracts, false advertising and unfair competition, trade secrets, torts, healthcare recovery, and complex commercial litigation. She also has experience representing clients in employment disputes, including enforcing non-solicitation and non-compete agreements.
Outside of Crowell, Amber serves as the President of the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association (CHBA) and has served for over eight years on the CHBA Executive Committee. In her role as president and on the executive committee, Amber has led the CHBA to the next level in the community by raising the CHBA profile and voice among local, state, and national stakeholders. She is also a long-time mentor to undergraduates, law students, and junior attorneys, working to change the face of the legal profession in Colorado.
