Denver Business Journal: 2024 Outstanding Woman in Business

Posted Jul 2, 2024

Angela M. Vichick

Congratulations to Angela Vichick, who has been honored by the Denver Business Journal as a 2024 Outstanding Woman in Business. The award recognizes her leadership and contributions to Denver’s business community.

The Denver Business Journal’s rigorous selection process for this award involves thorough evaluations by an independent panel of judges, including past winners and community leaders. Each nomination is meticulously reviewed by at least two judges, who provide an overall score that helps narrow the list of honorees.

As a partner in Lewis Roca’s Litigation Practice Group, Vichick’s practice focuses on business and real estate litigation, from pre-dispute negotiations through trial and appellate proceedings.

Beyond her legal experience, Vichick is deeply committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. She plays a crucial role in advancing these initiatives within Lewis Roca and through leadership positions in various legal and community organizations. Notably, Vichick serves as President of the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association Foundation and Secretary of the Colorado Bar Association’s Business Law Section Executive Council.

Vichick’s dedication to mentorship and community service is a testament to her passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. She chairs the Pro Bono Committee for the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association (overseeing Mi Casa Resource Center’s monthly legal clinic for small business owners), is the head coach of Arrupe Jesuit High School’s mock trial program, and mentors students through Law School Yes We Can Colorado (Arguello Dream Catchers) and CU Law’s Alumni Mentor Program. Passionate about education, housing stability, and small business issues, Vichick also frequently presents at Continuing Legal Education (CLE) events and guest lectures on these topics while providing related pro bono services.
