Biography

I am a bilingual family law attorney in private practice as Think Legal Readiness, LLC. My general practice includes representation in Wills and Probate. I have recently launched into Family Law Dispute Resolution by establishing Tu Poder Mediation. I served as the Managing Attorney of the Family and Children;s unit at Colorado Legal Services for several years serving victims of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault. I supervised attorneys and law student interns in the practice of law, Previously, I served on the expedited panel as an Arbitrator for the U.S.P.S. and the three National Unions arbitrating Step IV Labor Grievances in Colorado and Wyoming. My experience includes civil litigation, appeals,and real estate transaction work. As a Denver native, I am actively involved in the community and civic engagement.
