Born in Costa Rica, I immigrated to the United States at the age of three, carrying with me a deep appreciation for cultural diversity. Growing up, my experiences shaped a strong commitment to advocating for underrepresented voices. This passion naturally led me to a career in eDiscovery, where I now serve as a VP, leveraging my expertise to help legal teams navigate complex data challenges. In my role, I have been dedicated to ensuring equal access to advanced eDiscovery solutions, helping firms manage data more effectively and achieve successful outcomes. My journey from an immigrant child to a leader in the legal technology sector fuels my drive to support and empower minority groups within the industry.
