Biography
Joseph F. Rosales III recently graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he was a student attorney certified to practice law in Colorado under the Student Practice Act by the Colorado Supreme Court and the Attorney Regulation Counsel. Currently, Mr. Rosales is a contract legal researcher for the Office of Alternate Defense Counsel.
