Biography

I joined Tuthill & Hughes in the fall of 2024 after graduating from The University of Texas School of Law. Before law school, I worked as a tax accountant at a large public accounting firm. As a tax accountant, I specialized in tax compliance for high-net-worth individuals and their closely held businesses. This experience spurred my interest in the complexities of the tax code. After finishing the CPA exam, I knew it was time for a new challenge and decided to pursue a career as a tax attorney. I did not know what type of tax attorney I wanted to be when I went to law school. It was not until I took a course in Wills and Estates that I immediately knew I found my niche and decided to pursue a career in estate and wealth transfer planning. At Tuthill & Hughes, I am eager to develop my technical skills, build meaningful client relationships, and positively impact the lives of clients and their families.
