Biography
Having grown up in a small town, Julia recognized at an early age the legal disadvantage some of her family members and friends had due to the lack of bilingual lawyers within their community. She felt she could alleviate the stress that comes with a language barrier so Spanish-speaking clients can focus on what’s important at the moment: their legal matter. Julia, who enjoys helping others navigate difficult situations, discovered that family law would be the most suitable area of law for her. While it is every attorney’s dream to obtain the exact outcome their clients desire, Julia focuses her attention on what’s possible. She spends time educating her clients about their options and which ones will get them closest to their goals. “My goal is for them to be able to live with the outcome,” Julia says. Julia worked as a paralegal and law office manager for 12 years before becoming an attorney. Having spent time in these various legal capacities, Julia is poised to be the compassionate and ardent attorney for your unique family law case. In her free time, Julia loves to travel. She has visited eight countries and plans to continue to add stamps to her passport. Julia, a self-described foodie, equally enjoys staying active and curling up with a good book. Her large Mexican-American family is thrilled she is the first attorney among them.
