Karl is a senior trial attorney for the EEOC's Denver Field Office. At the EEOC he litigates on behalf of the United States to combat employment discrimination, seeking relief for employees who are victims of unlawful practices. His federal enforcement practice covers Title VII, ADA, ADEA, GINA, the Equal Pay Act, and the Pregnancy Discrimination Act. Previously, as a solo practitioner in Washington DC, he served in the areas of criminal appeals, immigration, and housing and employment discrimination.
