Biography
Amber’s wide-ranging background lends to her ability to nimbly address a variety of client needs. She has experience handling contract disputes, tort and employment law issues, trademark disputes in both federal court and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), as well as drafting dispositive motions, conducting discovery and negotiating client matters.
Her experience also extends to representing clients on a variety of pro bono matters, including counseling clients on contract issues, petitions for asylum and litigation resulting from the denial of requests under the Freedom of Information Act.
Amber was recognized in 20201 by Latino Leaders Magazine Lawyer as an attorney to Keep on the Watch. She was also selected to the highly prestigious Denver Impact Program in 2021.
