Biography
Brandon is an accomplished deal attorney and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice. With over a decade of sophisticated legal experience, Brandon's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, investments, joint ventures, and debt and equity financing transactions in which he successfully leads deals from letter of intent to close. In addition to deal work, Brandon serves as outside general counsel to his clients, guiding them through all stages of the business lifecycle as their go-to business and legal advisor. He represents venture capital and private equity firms and their portfolio companies, startups, entrepreneurs, and middle market companies in industries including services, technology, healthcare, financial services, entertainment and media, and manufacturing, among others. He advises on the gamut of business and legal matters, including business formation and governance, commercial transactions, employment matters including employee compensation and separation, licensing and intellectual property transactions, venture financing, and mergers and acquisitions.
