Biography
Alyssa is an Associate in Holland & Hart’s corporate practice where she advises clients in connection with the negotiation of M&A transactions, project financings, project development contracts and other commercial contracts, with a focus on the renewable energy sector. Driven by a passion for constitutional law, Alyssa also maintains an active pro bono practice, primarily focusing on civil rights issues, including voting rights, students' rights, and immigrant rights. Alyssa is a licensed attorney in both Colorado and Texas. She graduated magna cum laude from Tulane Law School, where she served as an executive board member of the Tulane Law Review. She is also a proud alumna of Texas A&M University, where she earned a BBA in Accounting with cum laude honors, and an MS in Finance through the Professional Program in Accounting. Prior to attending law school, Alyssa worked as a financial analyst at Chevron, focusing on upstream oil and gas transactions. This experience provided her with a deep understanding of the business side of transactions, which she leverages to offer strategic guidance to her clients.
