Biography

My practice consists of helping both domestic and international entrepreneurs, SMEs, established businesses and attorneys with their broad range of intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, licensing, related contracts, and eventual franchise development. I have prepared and submitted over 700 federal trademark applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and have represented trademark clients before the trademark trial and appeal board as well as in federal court. In addition to trademark registration matters in the United States, I have helped clients develop their international intellectual property portfolios abroad. Soy abogada licenciada en el estado de Florida, Colorado, y D.C. Yo registro marcas comerciales con el estado y con el gobierno federal. Mi practica consiste en asistirle antes, durante, y después del proceso de presentar su aplicación de marca. Proveo ambos clientes, domésticos e internacionales y puedo ayudarle a crecer su compañía, así como también proteger las necesidades de su propiedad intelectual. He presentado mas de 700 aplicaciones de marcas ante la Oficina de Marcas y Patentes de los Estados Unidos y he representado a clientes en la corte federal y en frente del TTAB.
