Francisco Martinez

Biography

Francisco Martinez is a trial attorney, civil litigator and former felony prosecutor. He is a proven and compassionate advocate, who can assist and counsel clients through all stages of litigation. Francisco served as Deputy District Attorney for the 18th Judicial District and prosecuted thousands of cases including First Degree Murder, Attempted Murder, Assault, Aggravated Robbery, Drug Trafficking, Domestic Violence, and DUIs. He has tried over 57-jury trials as a prosecutor. Francisco also practiced workers’ compensation defense for carriers and self-insured employers. As a result, he has a unique perspective about the strategies and mindset of insurance carriers. Francisco loves to give back to the community and would love any opportunity to help serve the Colorado Community.
