Danielle Touart

Biography

Judge Touart earned her B.A. in political science from Auburn University in 2007 and her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2010. Before her appointment to the bench, she worked as a Supervising Deputy Public Defender in the Arapahoe Trial Office of the Colorado State Public Defender. Judge Touart also worked as an Assistant Federal Public Defender in the Houston trial office of the Southern District of Texas.
