Biography

Denise Pino Erwin advises clients with respect to a broad range of employee benefit plans and executive compensation arrangements including qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, fringe benefit plans, and equity compensation arrangements. Her client's include public and private companies, non-profit organizations, churches and governmental entities. Denise counsels clients with respect to the design and day-to-day compliance of employee benefit arrangements and represents clients on compliance matters before the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor. She also advises clients on the employee benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions including integrating, restructuring and consolidating benefit plans and arrangements following a corporate transaction.
