Charlie Clark

Biography

Charlie Clark is a managing associate at Silicon Legal Strategy. His practice focuses on advising emerging growth companies on a broad range of matters throughout their life cycle, including formations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general business and governance matters. Charlie also represents venture capital investors. Prior to joining SLS, Charlie was an associate in the Denver office of Dorsey & Whitney LLP and also served on the in-house legal team at Molson Coors Beverage Company.
