Biography
Jennifer Arnett is a mediator, arbitrator, and litigator with over 20 years of experience. After a federal clerkship, Jennifer developed a new project focused on giving voice to low-wage Latina workers at the ACLU Women’s Rights Project. She was then a litigator at top New York firms and served as the Chief Litigation Officer of a national property and casualty insurance company. After moving to Colorado, Jennifer was a partner at a national firm before forming Arnett Litigation in 2021 and Rocky Mountain ADR in 2023. Jennifer earned her BA from Kansas State University in political science, international relations, and Spanish literature. She also has a Master of International Affairs from Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs and earned her JD from Columbia Law School, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Columbia Human Rights Law Review. Jennifer has worked with and at human rights organizations based in El Salvador (CO-MADRES), Guatemala (CALDH), and Costa Rica (CEJIL), and at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
