Biography
I am currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) with a concentration in U.S. Law for Foreign Lawyers at the University of Colorado Boulder, expected to graduate in 2025. Paralelly, I am Research Assistant to Professor James Anaya University Distinguished Professor and Nicholas Doman Professor of International Law. I earned my law degree from Universidad de las Américas (UDLA) in Ecuador, with additional studies at Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), Argentina. My experience includes serving as a legal assistant for corporate law firms and the Ecuadorian Environmental Ministry, where I contributed to a UN project combating wildlife crime in the Galápagos Islands and Quito. Prior to my LLM, I worked for nearly two years with an immigration law firm in Denver, collaborating on cases for South American clients. I am seeking opportunities in immigration or environmental law, where I can apply my legal expertise and multilingual skills to cross-border legal issues.
Education
1. Master of Laws (LLM) student at University of Colorado Boulder Law. Expected 2025 grad. 2. Law degree with orientation in Human Rights and Naure 2017-2022.
