Biography
Amber Gonzales has an extensive background in commercial litigation, compliance, and regulatory matters, and has advised clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 100 companies. Amber has experience in federal and state courts in matters involving class actions, contracts, false advertising and unfair competition, trade secrets, torts, and complex commercial litigation. She also has experience representing clients in employment disputes, including enforcing non-solicitation and non-compete agreements. As a community leader, Amber is the current CHBA President. This is her seventh term on its Board of Directors. Recently, the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association recognized her commitment to the community with its Outstanding New Hispanic Lawyer Award, in addition to recognitions from Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, and Latino Lawyers Magazine. Her community involvement also extends to representing clients on a variety of pro bono matters, including drafting position statements and litigation resulting from the denial of requests under the Freedom of Information Act.
